So what does it mean to pluck the weeds from your mind?

Well, imagine your mind is a garden and you get to plant anything you want in that garden.

The question is which one will you start taming and which one will keep growing abundantly?

The human mind has thousands of thoughts a day & the majority of our thoughts are usually confused, unfocused, and/or negative thinking.

If you were to be brutally honest with yourself, what areas of your life are you settling with?

What is causing your unhappiness and even resentment?

Is it your health?

Your job?

Where you are living?

A toxic relationship?

Mental Weeds

Those are the negative thoughts, the toxic conversations, living in the past (which triggers depression) or in the future (which triggers anxiety).
What are the weeds in your mind that block your mental health?

Emotional Weeds

Staying angry about the past will negatively affect your life.
You must pull the weeds of anger, disappointment, and judgement from your life.
Weeding is hard work, but it is necessary for you to feel good again.

Physical Weeds

Toxic relationships, unhealthy food, disorganization, or an unfulfilling career are weeds that need to be plucked from the physical aspect of your life.
Remember, reaching your highest potential has everything to do with you removing those weeds.

Spiritual Weeds

It is important to clear your energy on a regular basis, otherwise the spirit of depression, unforgiveness, poverty, abuse, or laziness can take over your life.

In Closing

Clearing your energy should be a daily practice.
